As part of De Montfort University's cultural eXchanges week, there will be a panel discussion with the title 'Special Olympics: Changing Attitudes, Changing Lives'. Speakers will be Karen Wallin of SOGB, Mary Davis, of Special Olympics International and organiser of the Dublin World Games and athlete Georgina Hulme. Also contributing to the discussion will be Ted Cassidy giving the Leicester Games perspective and John Williams of Leicester University talking about the legacy project.
This free event will take place 5.00 - 6.00 pm on Tuesday 3 March in Room 3.10 in the Clephan Building, De Montfort University.
