Stimpson And Penfold Take Centre Stage

Former Leicester Tiger and SOL ambassador Tim Stimpson joined athlete Lee Penfold at the Leicester Mercury Sports Awards on Wednesday to deliver a powerful speech on Special Olympics and the important year Leicester has ahead, as it hosts the National Summer Games at venues across the city.

Thanks to Alliance & Leicester who donated two tickets to this year's British GP, which raised £1,146 for the Lord Mayor's Appeal.
