In the build-up to the National Summer Games, presenters from the breakfast, mid-morning, lunchtime and afternoon shows on BBC Radio Leicester have each 'adopted' a Special Olympics athlete, who they will be regularly checking in with to find out about their preparations for the event in July.

All four athletes - Tom Styles, Zara Jurenko, Rachel Jarvis and Christina Lewis - have already been in the studio, and the BBC presenters look forward to catching up with the athletes again soon.
