At the Leicester City V Carlisle United fixture on Saturday SOL will be in the mix of the pitchside activity.
Athletes from the East Midlands Gymnastics team will be walking out onto the hallowed turf with the City players before kick off. Half time will feature a cross bar challenge hosted by SOL Ambassador Alan Birchenall, by players from the East Midlands football team and Leicester Special Olympian Tom Styles. Saturday also sees the launch of the Opening Ceremony programme which is to be held on 25th July at the Walkers Stadium and ticket sales for the spectacular event go on sale.
Kick off for the fixture is 3pm.
