SOL ambassadors Mark Selby and Tim Stimpson are to appear at the next community roadshow at De Montfort University to promote the National Summer Games from midday on Wednesday 11th March. Volunteer recruitment will be the theme for the event as the organisers of the Games seek to reach 1,500 volunteers for July's extravaganza.
Ex-England rugby international Tim Stimpson said: "We are hoping to get the message to the students at DMU that they can be part of this major event for the city of Leicester. They can assist in so many different ways so this roadshow provides them with the perfect opportunity to see how they can help."
