Leicester Cathedral has announced a series of activities being held in aid of the National Summer Games.
A concert will be held to raise funds for the Games on Wednesday 6 May, with tickets available from £10 from Leicester Tourist Information (tel: 0116 299 4444 or online www.goleicestershire.com). The Ratby Co-operative Band Brass Band concert will take place on Saturday 6 June with tickets available at £7 (£6 concessions).
On Sunday 26 July, a Special Olympics Service will be held to mark the start of Special Olympics for families and Olympians.
